Any of you classic gamers out there looking to relive the glory days and/or rebuild your collection that your mom sold back in 1997?
Well GameStop has you covered.
Recently, the gaming retailer unveiled a new catalog of retro titles, ranging from NES all the way through the original Playstation. Thanks to GameStop opening the way for folks to sell their old games from any generation, you can now obtain physical copies of some of your old favorites (though they are only available online).
The prices tend to range between $10 and $30 USD, depending on the system and rarity of any given title. It’s also worth mentioning that, since every game on the list was traded in by a customer, they are all used. Considering the age of these old gems, that’s likely a given. Still, it can’t hurt to be a bit cautious when looking to buy.
Whether or not this service is worth it is up to you. But it’s certainly not a bad thing for GameStop to expand their repertoire a little.
